I contacted Pipe it Right Plumbing on Tuesday evening and they were available to come Wednesday morning. My toilet downstairs had been “burping” bubbles for a week and on Tuesday, the toilet started overflowing and spitting up what looked like dirt and sand. I tried using a plunger to no avail, and finally the toilets upstairs began having issues. Dean from Pipe it Right came me a call letting me know he was thirty minutes away. Dean immediately got to work and found the culprit: a clogged sewer line. He showed me where roots were entering my sewer and promptly removed them. He let me know what steps to take to make sure it does not get clogged again, and what I needed to tell my townhome’s HOA to see what they would cover. He even took photos with my digital camera to make sure I had photo evidence of the community’s negligence while repairing the pipe in the past. To top it off, he gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend Pipe it Right to anyone looking for an honest plumber to take care of their plumbing needs!
Brittany BI had a bad back-up into my shower at 8pm. I called Pipe it Right, and Dean was there in about half an hour. He was thorough, clean, and an all around good guy to have a laugh with while working on getting the clog fixed.
